He was there on time. He discussed what he would do and for what price which was the quoted price. (NO 3X the quote to get what I requested!! ) He did the job with no fuss or mess. He was very professional and honest. It was SO nice to get what I asked for at the amount quoted!!!! It was SO wonderful to be not hounded about an annual contract!!! I only wanted a one time visit the first time to see if i liked the service. He listened to me and respected my wishes. Ann
